OVERVIEW

ECG Facilities Services were thrilled to be successful in the tendering process for the award of the contract for the provision of Mechanical, Electrical and Water Hygiene Services at CBRE’s ultra-modern property at 40 Torphichen Street in Edinburgh. Since the inception of this contract, ECG have focused our efforts on identifying and implementing energy saving initiatives within the offices, seeking to increase efficiencies in all aspects of energy usage. ECG have worked closely with CBRE throughout the delivery of this contract, ensuring that all of the considerable amount of mechanical and electrical plant is functioning at optimum performance level at all times, enhancing the comfort levels of the building and keeping CBRE’s building occupiers satisfied. As a result of our high calibre of professional service delivery and sound technical knowledge, ECG have built a strong working relationship with CBRE, adopting a ‘partnership’ approach, working in close collaboration and liaising regularly to achieve a highly successful standard of service.
