Overview

Debenhams, one of the UK’s largest and most successful high street retailers have entrusted ECG FS with the maintenance and repair of their HVAC systems at over 50 of their largest and most prestigious stores nationally.

As part of this UK-wide maintenance agreement, ECG maintains the entire HVAC systems within Debenhams’ portfolio of major high street stores. Our delivery includes not only the provision of planned filter changes and the routine cleaning of thousands of fan coils and split systems storewide, but also the provision of maintenance for the smoke vents installed in many of the stores.

ECG’s dedicated retail division are responsible for ensuring that we meet Debenhams’s expectations, and we focus all aspects of our delivery in maintaining each and every store’s trading priorities.

Furthermore, our organisation is constantly exploring new and innovative ways to save energy across this portfolio as part of both ECG’s and Debenhams’ commitment to a greener environment.
