Geared to measuring the service delivery at site level of both our engineers’ performance and that of our sub-contractor partners these audits are undertaken by our contract managers in conjunction with the client’s FM or building manager, the results of which are published to all stakeholders including the Board.
As well as measuring our service delivery, any skills gaps in our engineers are addressed and referred to our National Compliance Team who will organise any additional training needs as part of our Continual Personal Development Programme
