ECG Facilities Services were delighted to be invited to tender for this portfolio of shopping centres by Workman on behalf of NewRiver Retail in 2016 which initially comprised of six sites. Following a competitive tender and interview process, ECG was successfully awarded the contract, providing each shopping centre with: •Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Services; •Water Hygiene Maintenance Services; •Subcontractor Management for Specialist Services. ECG deliver the majority of these services in-house via our dedicated Mobile M&E Maintenance Engineering Team, managed locally by our nearby London and Bristol Regional Offices. ECG also deliver a large number of specialist services to each site, with a variety of subcontractors being managed by our organisation’s dedicated and experienced Subcontractor Management Team. As part of this contract, ECG also successfully managed the successful TUPE transfer of a site-based operative at one of the Centres, who enjoyed a smooth transition period over to the company.
