Following a highly competitive tendering process in 2016, ECG were delighted to be awarded the contract for the provision of M&E Maintenance and Water Hygiene Monitoring Services at Savills’ 19 Cornwall Street property in Birmingham.The scope of service provision provided within this building extends to:Gas-Fired BoilersAir ConditioningElectrical TestingLegionella Monitoring & Statutory MaintenanceReactive RepairsManagement of Specialist SubcontractorsAs with every contract, our clients and their associated tenants within the buildings are of the utmost priority to ECG. Our organisation has ensured we are accommodating Savills’ requirements within this busy office building, scheduling certain works ‘out of hours’ to keep disruption to a minimum whilst necessary maintenance tasks are undertaken.
