In March 2018, ECG Facilities Services were delighted to successfully be awarded the contract for the provision of M&E Planned Preventative Maintenance Services at Pyramids Business Park in Bathgate – further developing our strong working relationship with Lambert Smith Hampton. Set across 93 landscaped acres, Pyramids Business Park provides 177,000 sq.ft. of office accommodation as well as over 180,000 sq.ft. of distribution space. This environment provides first-class working conditions, with on-site facilities including its own gym, restaurant, crèche and dedicated car parking. The services will be delivered over the 3 year contract period via ECG’s two M&E Maintenance engineers based on-site.
