Following a very competitive tender exercise, ECG Facilities Services were awarded an initial three year contract for this prestigious building – which has now been extended due to the excellent levels of service provided. Due to the sensitive nature of the works undertaken within the building, it is critical that the plant is maintained to the highest standard. The scope of the contract requires that the air conditioning equipment is kept fully operational at all times due to the requirement to keep sensitive areas within the building at constant temperatures and humidity. During the contract term, ECG have built a solid working relationship with the Beatson Institute for Cancer Research, and we have consistently performed to ensure all critical plant and equipment remains in service at all times. The provision of fast and efficient reactive times to any circumstance has given The Beatson Institute for Cancer Research the confidence to continue our working relationship.
