A recent example involved ongoing problems with the site’s ageing drainage system, which had been affecting retailers and customer services and resulting in frequent and costly contractor call-outs. Ryan independently assessed the situation, developed several practical solutions and evaluated the budget implications of each option. He then presented a clear, cost-conscious recommendation to implement an in-house drainage inspection schedule supported by the appropriate equipment.

This initiative has reduced reactive incidents, minimised disruption and lowered contractor and resource costs for the client.
