The entire ECG team are delighted to be appointed as single MEBF specialist provider to centre:mk – the central Milton Keynes shopping area located in Buckinghamshire – around 50 miles north-west of London and one of the top 10 shopping destinations in the UK, attracting over 24 million guest visits each year.
The contract comprises the 1-mile long centre:mk grade II listed building which opened in 1979, office blocks and management suite, food centres and multi-storey car park.
Anchored by John Lewis; M&S; House of Fraser; it is one of the UK’s top shopping destinations with 1000’s of brands under one roof and spans 1.3million sq.ft. of prime retail space.
