ECG Once Again Proudly Supports Celtic FC Foundation at London Gala Dinner
23 October 2024

ECG Facilities Services are delighted to have played a part in the Celtic Football Club Foundation’s sixth annual Gala Dinner, held at the stunning Four Seasons Hotel in London. With over 130 guests in attendance, the event raised an astounding £420,000, and ECG proudly contributed £5,000 towards this remarkable total.

The evening was an intimate and star-studded affair, featuring Celtic legends such as Brendan Rodgers, Martin O’Neill, Chris Sutton and Roy Aitken. Renowned entertainer Tony Hadley performed some of his classic hits, while Johnny Mac and the Faithful closed the night on a high, ensuring the room was filled with energy and celebration.

Stephen Hawthorne, Managing Director of ECG and a member of Celtic FC Foundation’s Founders Club, was in attendance and expressed his pride in supporting the vital work the Foundation undertakes. The event also provided an excellent platform for ECG, with the company gaining significant exposure, strengthening its brand and reinforcing our unwavering commitment to supporting charitable causes.

Funds raised at the Gala will support several key initiatives, including the Paradise Pit Stop, which provides meals and support to individuals facing hardship in Glasgow, and the Community Games, which offer opportunities for young people in London and Ireland to participate in sports and other activities. The impact of these initiatives was brought to life during the evening by a moving speech from project participant Liam Kenny, whose story highlighted the profound difference the Foundation’s work makes in people’s lives.

ECG Facilities Services are proud to continue supporting the Celtic FC Foundation and look forward to further opportunities to contribute to the community through this valued partnership.
