ECG Facilities Services Supports Fleet Alliance Golf Day in Aid of Maggie’s Centre Charity

At ECG Facilities Services, we believe in giving back to the community and supporting causes that make a positive impact on people’s lives. Recently, our Financial Director, Derek Ferguson, attended the Fleet Alliance Golf Day on behalf of Maggie’s – a charity that provides vital support and care for individuals and their families affected by cancer. Their mission is to create a warm and welcoming environment where people can find emotional and practical assistance as they navigate the challenges of cancer diagnosis and treatment.

We are proud to have been a part of this incredible event and to have contributed to the remarkable fundraising efforts that took place. ECG donated a fundraising prize of a hospitality matchday experience at Rangers Football Club for a group of four, which we are delighted to report attracted significant attention and generated an impressive bid of £1,800.

Thanks to the collective efforts of all participants and the generous contributions from various sponsors, the Fleet Alliance Golf Day raised an incredible sum of £32,000. This record-breaking achievement will go a long way in supporting the work of Maggie’s Centres, allowing them to continue providing much-needed assistance and care to those affected by cancer.
