Two colleagues were recognised in November for their commitment to supporting others and delivering excellent service.
Robert Crawford – Outstanding support to new colleagues
Robert Crawford was nominated for the exceptional support he provided during a particularly busy period within the Subcontractor Management Team.
Alongside managing his own demanding workload, Robert took the initiative to guide and mentor new starters, ensuring they felt welcomed, informed and confident throughout their onboarding. His calm, patient and supportive approach helped maintain team performance while enabling new colleagues to settle in quickly and effectively.
Ryan Eely – Exceptional customer assistance at centre:mk
Ryan Eely was recognised for an act of kindness and professionalism while on duty at centre:mk.
Following feedback from a visiting member of the public, Ryan stepped in to assist when their vehicle would not start in the John Lewis car park. He took the time to help diagnose the issue and successfully got the vehicle running again, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer care beyond his core responsibilities.
Both Robert and Ryan exemplify the values and behaviours expected across ECG Facilities Services, consistently supporting colleagues, clients and members of the public. Congratulations to both on their well-earned awards.
