ECG are responsible for maintaining a large variety of plant and equipment at this building and, as such, the contract also includes a sizeable proportion of subcontractor involvement. To ensure this runs smoothly, this portion is controlled by ECG’s dedicated Subcontractor Management Team based in our Blantyre Headquarters.
ECG have continuously performed with fast and effective response times throughout the delivery of this contract, giving JLL the utmost confidence in ECG’s in-house Helpdesk facilities, attendance times and ‘first time fix’ provision.
