Wynyard Business Park is a state-of-the-art business development in the heart of the Tees Valley, with fantastic transport links to the nearby A19 and A1 motorways.

Following an intensive tendering process, ECG Facilities Services were very pleased to be awarded the Mechanical & Electrical Services (PPM) contract for Wynyard Business Park in Billingham at the start of 2017, comprising of:

• Wynyard Park Estate
• Wynyard Park House
• Wynyard Business Village Estate
• Wynyard Evolution Estate

In addition to the M&E Maintenance Services, ECG provide Knight Frank with a full Legionella Prevention Service carried out in-house by our highly experienced Water Hygiene Department and operatives.
ECG have worked closely with Knight Frank throughout the delivery of this contract, ensuring that all of the considerable amount of mechanical and electrical plant is functioning at optimum performance levels at all times, enhancing the comfort levels of the building users throughout Wynyard Business Park’s estates.
