ECGFS strong relationship with Lambert Smith Hampton was further cemented with the reward of the contract for M&E Maintenance, Water Hygiene & Subcontractor Managed Services across several buildings within their North West portfolio – including LSH offices in both Manchester & Liverpool – following our successful tender.
This follows on from having previously won and shown ‘sterling service levels’ on the North East portfolio contract.
The services will be delivered via ECG’s in-house M&E Maintenance department, with a large number of our Mobile Engineers operating from our local Manchester Regional Office over a 3 year term.
