Sunday 6th April 2025 was one to remember, as a group of ECG’s ladies headed to the iconic Celtic Park for the annual Ladies Afternoon Tea event – and it didn’t disappoint!

Held in tribute to Tommy Burns’ late wife, Rosemary Burns, this heartfelt event raised vital funds for a cancer charity and brought together guests from across the country for a day of celebration, community and giving back. Hosted by the brilliant Michelle McManus, the afternoon struck the perfect balance of meaning and fun – with heartfelt stories, a few laughs and more than a few sweet treats along the way.

ECG were proud to have 3 tables at the event, with our teams from all departments coming together for a brilliant day out in support of an important cause.

A huge thank you to the organisers for hosting such a special event, and to everyone who attended and represented ECG so brilliantly. Events like these are not just great fun – they also remind us of the importance of community, compassion and support for one another.
