Following a very intensive tender process with several of our main competitors, ECG Facilities Services were successful in securing the Air Conditioning and Air Handling maintenance contract for Salford City Council’s corporate buildings.
From the inception of this contract, we have worked very closely with the Council’s facilities team to achieve the high standards that Council demands.
Our Manchester Regional Office successfully provides 24/ 7 emergency support to this client, and has continued to do so through effective and efficient resource management and with the introduction of ECG’s new GPS tracking systems – which further ensures that the geographically closest, correctly skilled engineers attend site in the quickest possible timeframe.
Although this contract is still in its infancy, ECG have received plaudits from the Council for the professional and comprehensive service received so far – and our organisation looks forward continuing and enhancing this excellent working relationship with the Council in years to come.
