A significant and hard fought for contract has been won by ECGFS following an invitation to tender by Workman in the form of 6 Retail Malls – amounting to 1.2m ft2 with a £139,000,000 value and over 34 million annual footfall. The properties form the southern portfolio of New River: one of the UK’s largest shopping centre owner/managers and voted ‘Property Company of the Year’ in 2016 by Property Week.
Our responsibilities within these centres includes M&E Maintenance to all HVAC as well as specialist Water Hygiene safety and control services.
The Centres span from Boscombe to Hastings on the South Coast and house most of the country’s leading retailers.
The contract will be overseen at strategic level by a National Account Manager and managed through ECGFS regional offices in London and Bristol by dedicated Contract managers. Services delivered through ECGFS Retail Divisions onsite and mobile multi-disciplined engineers as well as select subcontractors for specialist services.
