OVERVIEW

After an intensive tendering process, ECG Facilities Services were awarded the prestigious contract to carry out the full scope of Mechanical, Electrical and Water Hygiene Services on behalf of the Big Lottery Fund within their current premises at Apex House in Birmingham. ECG carry out a wide range of services on: •Gas-Fired Boilers; •Air Conditioning Systems; •Electrical Testing; •Legionella Monitoring & Statutory Maintenance; •Reactive Repairs; •Management of Specialist Subcontractors. In addition to the above, ECG provide the services of a highly skilled engineer one day per fortnight to carry out ad-hoc duties, as requested by our Client.

BACKGROUND

The Big Lottery Fund is the body that distributes 40% of the monies that are generated through the National Lottery to good causes. Every year, the Big Lottery Fund distributes millions of pounds to community groups and charitable projects throughout the UK.
