OVERVIEW

ECG Facilities Services were invited to tender for the Mechanical, Electrical & Building Fabric Services contract at this prestigious shopping centre through consultants Maven Jay. Centre: MK is a considerably sized shopping centre, spanning over 1 mile of walking distance. As a result, ECG operate a ‘Manned Site’ solution at this centre, taking on 18 staff members via a managed TUPE transfer process. Upon contract award, ECG completed a comprehensive Asset Verification and Condition Report process for centre: MK and its associated demises including Multi-Storey Car parks, Food Centres and office blocks/management suites. This was undertaken by a highly experienced member of our dedicated National Mobilisation Team, giving a full breakdown of the entire centre’s plant, along with associated lifespans, condition ratings and recommendations – allowing the Centre Management Team to forecast and budget plan to a much greater degree of accuracy.
