OVERVIEW

ECG Facilities Services have provided a high-quality service to this large Housing Association for a number of years now. As with many of our existing Water Hygiene contracts, ECG have delivered comprehensive Legionella Awareness training sessions to all appropriate Cube Housing Association management staff, enabling the staff and residents of Cube Housing to understand the huge importance of the works we are carrying out. At the outset of the contract, ECG’s Senior Legionella Risk Assessor was responsible for attending sites and compiling comprehensive Risk Assessments, which were passed on to Cube for comment, review and approval. The finalised Risk Assessments, along with all other contract documentation, were placed on-site as requested by Cube as well as being available instantly 24/7 via Cube’s access to their unique Client Area via ECG’s cloud-based Management Information System. Additionally, ECG has recently carried out extensive renovation and modernisation of high-rise flats for Cube Housing Association, utilising the recent technology of non-polymer WRAS-approved Copite liner material.
