ECG Facilities Services were thrilled to be successful in the tendering process for the award of the contract for the provision of Mechanical, Electrical and Water Hygiene Services at JLL’s ultra-modern property at 45 Church Street in Birmingham.Since assuming responsibility for this contract, ECG Facilities Services have been responsible for the maintenance provision as well as implementation of improvements to overall efficiencies of the contract.ECG are responsible for maintaining a large variety of plant and equipment at this building and, as such, the contract also includes a sizeable proportion of subcontractor involvement. To ensure this runs smoothly, this portion is controlled by ECG’s dedicated Subcontractor Management Team based in our Blantyre Headquarters.ECG have continuously performed with fast and effective response times throughout the delivery of this contract, giving JLL the utmost confidence in ECG’s in-house Helpdesk facilities, attendance times and ‘first time fix’ provision.
