OVERVIEW

In Spring 2023, ECG Facilities Services were thrilled to successfully add Stratford Studios, located at 20 Romford Road in London, to our portfolio with JLL, following a competitive tender process. Since assuming responsibility for this contract, we have been responsible for the provision of Mechanical, Electrical and Water Hygiene Services, as well as implementation of improvements to overall efficiencies of the contract at this property on behalf of Asper Stratford Studios Ltd. We are responsible for maintaining a large variety of plant and equipment at these properties, where it is essential that all remains operating at optimal levels within the residential facilities in order to ensure comfort for the tenants living within is maintained at the high levels rightly expected. As such, the contract also includes a sizeable proportion of subcontractor involvement. To ensure this runs smoothly, this portion is controlled by our dedicated Subcontractor Management Team, based from our Blantyre Headquarters. We have continuously performed with fast and effective response times throughout the delivery of this contract, giving JLL the utmost confidence in our in-house Helpdesk facilities, attendance times and “first-time fix” provision.
