OVERVIEW

ECG Facilities services were employed by JLL to remove old light fittings which were fluorescent tubes type and replace them with more energy efficient LED fittings. The lights were chosen from HACEL range to all for a seamless integration and to match the Lux levels required in the various areas served. These works were undertaken on a nightshift basis to avoid any knock-on effect with the various prestigious tenants in this property. The existing lights were also looked at as a direct replacement to avoid costly hole filling or decoration works that may have been required. The long linear light however had to have a fabricated bezel to fill the gaps as the LED fittings are much smaller than the previous light. Each morning the building was handed back clean and ready for business at 6.00am.
