ECG Facilities Services were delighted when, in 2017, we were successful in being awarded the M&E services contract for a number of Lambert Smith Hampton as part of their North West England Portfolio tender process. The services encompassed within this contract include the provision of Mechanical, Electrical and Air Conditioning maintenance services, delivered via ECG’s in-house M&E Maintenance department, with a large number of our Mobile Engineers operating from our local Manchester Regional Office. Due to the size and complexity of the buildings, there is a large aspect of specialist services required as part of this contract, with the required specialist subcontractors procured, managed and audited by ECG’s dedicated Specialist Subcontractor Management Team to ensure each site receives all of the services called for under the contract to meet its unique requirements. ECG were invited to tender for this portfolio after enjoying a good working relationship, following months of successfully delivering similar services on behalf of Lambert Smith Hampton at a large number of buildings encompassed within the North East Portfolio tender process held in 2016 which ECG were successful in bidding on.
