OVERVIEW
Following an intense tendering process in January 2023 via consultants Focus FM, ECG were successful in being awarded the contract for the provision of Engineering Services Maintenance at 1 Callaghan Square in Cardiff – on behalf of Cardiff Office Ltd and managing agents Lambert Smith Hampton.
Services provided are fully inclusive of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Services Maintenance at this iconic Cardiff landmark.
The building services encompassed within this contract encompass providing planned preventative and reactive maintenance to all of the common parts within the property, including ground to 4th floors and the multi-storey car park – with the main HVAC plant installed in the roof plant rooms and open roof compounds on-site.
The contract is fully supported by a team of locally based Multi-Disciplined Mobile Engineers.
