OVERVIEW

ECG Facilities Services currently provide maintenance and reactive call-out cover to 58 depots, offices and water treatment and waste water treatment sites belonging to Scottish Water across the country. These sites varied greatly in both size and type, and are located in both high-populated areas and rural areas. This contract predominantly comprises maintenance, servicing and repairs to air conditioning and boiler plant and equipment. As with any large public sector body, a key success factor is establishing excellent communication channels with the client and building users. We pride ourselves on our organisational skills and communication/reporting skills across all levels of personnel.

BACKGROUND

Scottish Water are one of the largest publicly owned organisations in Scotland – who are responsible for the provision water and sewerage services throughout Scotland.
