OVERVIEW

ECG Facilities Services were initially invited to tender for this unique shopping centre situated on the banks of the River Forth, in Leith, Edinburgh and were awarded the 3-year contract by Reith Lambert. The contract was successfully re-tendered under the new client, Workman LLP, as the incoming client was delighted with the level of professionalism displayed by ECG and the high-level service previously delivered at a competitive price. With over 80 retail outlets, bars and a cinema that is open until midnight, there is an ongoing challenge provided to our on-site FM team to stay “ahead of the game” and deliver proactive solutions to the centre’s Management Team. It is important that the ECG team remain “invisible” to the building users whilst ensuring that all legislative, statutory, PPM and reactive works are carried out diligently and with the minimum of disruption to the consumers’ first-class “retail experience”. Due to the high-quality services consistently delivered by ECG in this busy shopping centre, the Clients have had the confidence to re-award this contract which is now into its 3rd generation with ECG.
