OVERVIEW

ECG Facilities Services were thrilled to be successful in the tendering process for the award of the Engineering Services Maintenance Contract at the highly prestigious Eagle Building in Glasgow city centre as part of CBRE’s large commercial property portfolio. Since the inception of this contract, ECG have focused our efforts on identifying and implementing energy saving initiatives within the offices, seeking to increase efficiencies in all aspects of energy usage. ECG worked closely with CBRE throughout the delivery of this contract, ensuring that all of the considerable amount of mechanical and electrical plant is functioning at optimum performance level at all times, enhancing the comfort levels of the building with a focus on keeping its occupiers satisfied. In 2019, this building was sold, now under management of CEG, and the new client decided to retain ECG’s services due to our extensive knowledge of the property and providing a robust service at other CEG properties.
