Lambert Smith Hampton are a large commercial property consultant who work with a numbers of investors, developers.
n 2016, ECG Facilities Services were successfully awarded the contract to provide M&E services to a wide range of buildings for Lambert Smith Hampton throughout Newcastle, Manchester, Leeds, Durham and Teesside – ranging from commercial offices to retail units.
Upon being awarded this contract, ECG’s National Mobilisation Team have undertaken condition reporting on all of Lambert Smith Hampton’s assets. This process has led to ECG reporting back to the Client on a number of items requiring considerable attention, as well as providing the associated recommendations – allowing LSH to budget and forecast more accurately.
Since assuming responsibility for this contract, ECG Facilities Services have been responsible for the maintenance provision as well as implementation of improvements to overall efficiencies of the contract.
