ECG have been committed to supporting and working with Cash for Kids for many years now, one of our client JLL’s chosen Charity Partners – most recently within their Christmas Charity Initiative.

In late 2021, Cash for Kids acquired a larger unit space in Edinburgh that they required to be fitted out for use as a drop off depot for their Christmas Charity appeal (Mission Christmas). ECG volunteered our Engineering/Technical skills to help make their new space habitable, providing a variety of works including upgrading lighting, decorating, and carrying out compliance safety checks.

We also volunteered further days with our staff who assisted the charity in the move by supplying transport and personnel to assist in moving Cash for Kids’ stock into their new larger premises.

The volunteering days provided by ECG extended to not just our Engineering staff but also back of house support staff, whereby we assisted Cash for Kids with their “Christmas Giving Tree” appeal.
