OVERVIEW

In 2015, ECG Facilities Services were successfully awarded the contract to provide M&E services to a wide-range of buildings for JLL throughout Scotland – ranging from commercial offices to shopping centres. Given the size, nature and variation in the premises, ECG and the client decided the most successful delivery of this contract would be via a combination of both: •Site-based staff; •Mobile staff. This decision has ultimately proven to be an effective way of managing this contract. Since assuming responsibility for this contract, ECG Facilities Services have been responsible for the maintenance provision as well as implementation of improvements to overall efficiencies of the contract. Furthermore, a number of site staff from the previous contractor joined ECG on TUPE transfers – and these individuals have successfully integrated into ECG’s diverse engineering team and now provide an excellent, customer-focussed solution to JLL.
