Following an intense tendering process in the summer of 2022, ECG Facilities Services were delighted to be awarded the contract for the provision of Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health Maintenance Services to a number of dental surgeries operated by Portman Dental Care, on behalf of managing agents Lambert Smith Hampton. The dental surgeries encompassed within this portfolio are located throughout Scotland, with sites in Aberdeen, Aviemore, Crieff, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Perth and Stirling – including the Scottish Centre for Excellence in Dentistry. As these works are undertaken within live, operational private dental surgeries, ECG’s engineers visit this property at an agreed frequency, to ensure all of the mechanical and electrical equipment is functioning at optimal levels at all times – ensuring comfort for the Client’s staff and customers within each surgery.
