In 2016, ECG Facilities Services were successfully awarded the contract to provide M&E services to a wide-range of buildings on behalf of Standard Life Investments throughout Birmingham – including the impressive 9 Colmore Row.
Since the inception of this contract, ECG have focused our efforts on identifying and implementing energy saving initiatives within the offices, seeking to increase efficiencies in all aspects of energy usage.
ECG have worked closely with JLL throughout the delivery of this contract, ensuring that all of the considerable amount of mechanical and electrical plant is functioning at optimum performance level at all times, enhancing the comfort levels of the building and keeping JLL’s building occupiers satisfied.
As a result of our high calibre of professional service delivery and sound technical knowledge, ECG have built a strong working relationship with JLL, adopting a ‘partnership’ approach, working in close collaboration and liaising regularly to achieve a highly successful standard of service.
