OVERVIEW

Following a competitive tender process where esure specified they were looking for a “best in class” Hard Facilities Management solution that delivers first-rate performance, excellent staff satisfaction and a minimum total cost saving of 20% whilst maximising safety, delivery and operational outputs across the services and locations, ECG Facilities Services were delighted to successfully be awarded the contract in early 2023 for a 3-year term. The contract encompasses delivering M&E Maintenance Services to esure’s prestigious Head Office in Reigate, Surrey, and their further two offices in Manchester and Glasgow used to deal with aftersales and claims. Our M&E provision covers all reactive and proactive works on the office buildings and includes 24/7 out of hours emergency response. These services included ECG successfully managing the TUPE transfer of 3x site-based engineers (1x at each site) who is responsible for undertaking some PPM works, but mostly attends to local building reactive needs. This includes support of esure’s kitchens, comms room and typical building M&E works, external lighting, HVAC and fire detection and lifts etc. Additionally, ECG’s mobile engineering teams based locally across the UK deliver further support for all PPM and reactive requirements to esure’s office within the required timeframes and to the Client’s specified standards.
