55 Princess Street occupies a prime location within Manchester’s central commercial district, offering premium office space over seven expansive floors.
In late 2016 following a competitive tendering process, ECG were thrilled to be awarded the contract to carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance Services of the Mechanical and Electrical Services at the ultra-modern 55 Princess Street office suite in Manchester.
Throughout the duration of this contract, ECG have been responsible for ensuring that all of our Client’s business critical systems and equipment are kept performing to their maximum capability.
ECG and our staff are acutely aware of the great importance of minimising any loss of building services systems whilst working in large office suites such as this as revenue generating and processing facilities must be kept operational at all times.
