OVERVIEW

ECG Facilities Services were delighted to be awarded the contract for the Engineering Services Maintenance Contract at the Cornerstone Building in Edinburgh by CEG in June 2018, having previously maintained the building for another managing agent for a 1 year period from September 2016 to August 2017. At the outset of this contract, ECG’s National Mobilisation Team carried out a comprehensive Asset Verification/Condition Report, assessing all plant within this prestigious property and assigning a ‘condition’ rating, identifying any plant in need of repair/replacement and the costs associated with such in order to keep the Cornerstone Building running at optimal levels. This contract is delivered by ECG’s local team of Mobile Engineers operating within Edinburgh who are highly experienced as this building is one of several buildings we service and maintain within this particular area of Edinburgh, allowing us to provide a stellar service to CEG through planned preventative maintenance and swift reaction to any reactive callout requirements.

BACKGROUND

The Cornerstone Building provides premium Grade A commercial accommodation over ground, first and second floors. This property has been specifically designed to provide high quality, low energy office space.
