Following a competitive tender process where esure specified they were looking for a “best in class” Hard Facilities Management solution that delivers first-rate performance, excellent staff satisfaction and a minimum total cost saving of 20% whilst maximising safety, delivery and operational outputs across the services and locations, ECG Facilities Services were delighted to successfully be awarded the contract in early 2023 for a 3-year term.

In late 2022, ECG Facilities Services were successfully awarded the contract to provide MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health) Maintenance Services to the abrdn Portfolio on behalf of managing agents JLL – encompassing 26 sites based in various locations such as Manchester, Newcastle, Leeds, Liverpool, Edinburgh and Glasgow, including the impressive One Tony Wilson Place in Manchester.
iQ Student Accommodation
In early 2023, ECG Facilities Services were delighted to be awarded the contract to deliver Heating & Ventilation Systems Maintenance to iQ Student Accommodation’s student properties – both the “North & Central” and “Midlands & North West” portfolios in England.
Lambert Smith Hampton
Following an intense tendering process in January 2023 via consultants Focus FM, ECG were successful in being awarded the contract for the provision of Engineering Services Maintenance at 1 Callaghan Square in Cardiff – on behalf of Cardiff Office Ltd and managing agents Lambert Smith Hampton.
Campus Living Villages
In late 2022, ECG Facilities Services were thrilled to be awarded the contract for the Supply of M&E PPM and Reactive Callout Services throughout Campus Living Villages’ property portfolio, consisting of 15x sites in Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester and London from July 2023 for an initial period of 2 years. During the tendering process, we held extensive talks with CLV regarding our delivery, offering to align our proposals with the specific requirements of each student accommodation’s unique, individual needs.
